If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 12 hours after receiving yours.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost or refunds if the item falls under the following criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note: The Tactical Revolution will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. USPS delivers parcels and customers are responsible for inputing accurate shipping addresses.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. International customer must provide phone number.

If you want to cancel your order, send us an email within 12 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders after the 12 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason.
Please note that our Standard Shipping option can be found under each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before placing an order.
Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouses without a return label.
Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture and video of the item(s) showing the state and its original packaging within 12 hours upon receipt of the order to get a replacement. Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we sent out a replacement and/or return label.
The Tactical Revolution reserves the right to refuse any replacement if it does not meet the above criteria.
